And add aminos, salt on the corn & salt, pepper, aminos & fresh dill on the baked, smashed potato. <br /><br />Zaatar is also the miracle spice ___ good on tofu, etc.<br /><br />On beans, though, I'd sautee them using olive oil, garlic, and some fresh vegetables and wrap them in whole wheat burrito wraps.<br /><br />Those whole wheat pizza crusts are great, too -- you can use sauce, fresh veggies, tofu, and lots of good spices or fresh stuff.
